We are currently recruiting Appointment Setters to support roofing companies by making outbound calls to homeowners, introducing roofing services, and scheduling qualified appointments for sales or inspection teams.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced outbound calling environment.

You will work as part of a remote sales development team focused on lead contact, appointment generation, and customer communication for roofing companies in the United States. The team follows structured call scripts, performance goals, and quality standards to ensure every homeowner interaction is handled professionally.
Role description:
The Appointment Setter is responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners, introducing roofing services, identifying potential interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales or inspection team. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, discipline, and the ability to follow scripts while building rapport with potential customers.
Candidates should be comfortable speaking English, handling objections, working with daily call goals, and maintaining a consistent level of performance in a remote environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners in the United States.
- Introduce roofing services in a clear, professional, and persuasive way.
- Follow call scripts while adapting the conversation naturally.
- Qualify potential customers based on interest, location, and service needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales or inspection team.
- Handle basic objections and keep the conversation focused on booking the appointment.
- Maintain accurate notes and update lead information as required.
- Meet daily performance goals related to calls, conversations, and booked appointments.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members.
- Maintain reliability, punctuality, and consistency while working remotely.

Minimum Requirements
- Advanced English level, preferably B2 or higher.
- Reliable computer or laptop.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Stable high-speed internet connection, minimum 50 Mbps recommended.
- USB headset with microphone.
- Quiet workspace suitable for making calls.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to homeowners.
- Ability to follow scripts and communicate naturally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outbound calling environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online tools or CRM platforms.

- Previous call center, sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience is preferred but not required.
